Order Cancellation

After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After 1 hour, our order will enter the packing process. Once packed, the order cannot be canceled. Please understand our work.

Returnable within 14 natural days

The site supports 14 natural days to return or exchange products without reason.

If you receive the product more than 14 natural days, we will not be able to provide you with a return or exchange service.

Return orders are processed within 1-3 business days

Our service hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST), Monday through Friday.

Return orders submitted after 5:00 pm will be prioritized for processing on the next business day, and orders submitted after 5:00 pm on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

Return orders will not be processed at weekends.

Request a Return

Returns must be made within 14 natural days after you sign for the wheeled toolbox, and the wheeled toolbox is new and undamaged with no obvious signs of use.

If you need to return the goods and meet the return criteria, you can find the order you need to return in the order details page, submit the return application and we will pass the return application for you as soon as possible.

Return and Refund

If you have decided to return the goods, you can follow the following process:

1. Pack the wheeled toolbox in its original packaging, including the accessories and freebies received.

2. Send the wheeled toolbox to 853 Orange St, Wilmington, Delaware. After sending, please send us the logistics information and courier number by email [email protected], so that we can check and refund you as soon as possible after receiving it.

3. If you choose to return a wheeled toolbox because of quality or shipping problems (such as wear and tear on the received wheeled toolbox), the shipping cost will be borne by Twilmarket.com.

If the return is due to the customer's personal dislike of the wheeled toolbox received (color or style), wrong photo, etc., the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

4. Once the returned wheeled toolbox arrives at Twilmarket.com's warehouse and passes inspection, the refund process will begin.

Refund amount will be refunded to your payment account within 1-2 business days, please wait patiently.

Re-shelf fees

We do not charge re-shelf fees.
